Key Features of the Buildout

🧊 Nitrogen Freezing Tunnel Installation

We integrated a custom nitrogen freezing tunnel designed to rapidly freeze baked goods at scale. Our team coordinated with vendors, ensured proper ventilation, and executed precise installation to meet safety, performance, and USDA standards.

❄️ Walk-In Coolers & Freezers

Temperature-controlled environments are the backbone of any high-volume bakery. We constructed multiple walk-in coolers and freezers, equipped with insulated panels, industrial-grade flooring, and advanced refrigeration systems. These spaces allow for secure, efficient staging of raw ingredients and finished goods, while ensuring full compliance with food safety regulations.

🧼 Sanitation & Cleaning Stations

Food safety was a driving force behind every design decision. INSOCO designed and built dedicated sanitation zones with floor drains, high-pressure washdown systems, and stainless-steel surfaces—ensuring the facility could meet stringent USDA inspection standards and operate with optimal hygiene.

🔥 Oven Infrastructure & Utilities

We provided the infrastructure and utilities for the facility’s high-output baking ovens, including custom ventilation, heat-resistant walls, and propane gas line installation with full permitting and safety compliance. Our coordination with the client’s baking equipment vendors ensured seamless integration.

🧺 Industrial Cart Washing Equipment

To streamline cleaning operations, we installed a large-scale cart washing machine, complete with water supply, drainage, and ergonomic flow planning. This allows for efficient sanitation of baking racks and carts, reducing labor hours and ensuring food safety at every step.

🚨 Life Safety Systems

As part of our full-scope service, INSOCO installed a complete fire alarm system, including smoke and heat detection, audible alerts, and emergency egress lighting—designed and permitted to meet both local code and federal food facility requirements.

💨 Compressed Air Systems

The production floor is equipped with an industrial compressed air system powering machinery throughout the facility. We designed and installed a clean, efficient air network, with accessibility for maintenance and expansion.
