INSOCO was trusted to lead the relocation and full build-out of Screen Graphics, a leading printing company moving into their new Fort Lauderdale facility. Our scope included handling all major utility expansions and coordinating every aspect of design, permitting, and construction under a tight budget and aggressive schedule. From the earliest planning stages to final inspections, our team ensured the project was delivered seamlessly—achieving a certificate of occupancy on time and without disrupting Screen Graphics’ production.

The project highlights include:

• Utilities & Infrastructure: Expansion and installation of compressed air systems, upgraded electrical service, and integration of access controls.

• Permitting & Coordination: Managed design documents and City of Fort Lauderdale permitting process from start to finish.

• Office Renovations: Framing, drywall, finishes, and paint throughout the office spaces.

• Bathrooms: Complete remodel with new tile, sinks, toilets, and decorative wallpaper.

• Flooring: Coordinated all flooring selections and installations to match the client’s branding and workflow needs.

To optimize speed and efficiency on the production floor, we utilized pre-fabricated insulated metal panels (IMPs) to create space divisions. This approach allowed for a faster installation process, minimized disruption, and ensured a durable, clean finish suited for an industrial printing environment.

Despite the complexity, INSOCO delivered a turnkey solution on time and within budget—ensuring zero downtime for the client’s operations and a smooth transition into their new facility.
